I believe the Vrbo app drops the pin across the road from the actual house, but the hosts were easy to contact and help us find it. We would honestly love to come back and stay again.”

“If we had paid $150-200 per night for this tiny house, I might not say anything. But for $440 per night, there is a huge disconnect between price and value. At that price point, I would expect to be a lot more comfortable than we were. The bed is a tiny double mattress. The water smells like sewage, no bottled water was offered, and there is nowhere nearby to buy water, so we were very thirsty. Bathroom tile was mildewy, toilet was not fully cleaned and the bathroom floor was constantly...

Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. “My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful modern countryside apartment while watching our grandson play baseball at Dreams Park in Cooperstown. The space was exceptionally clean, the queen mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the setting was quiet and private-yet it still offered all the comforts of home. Deb, our host, went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. It was a wonderful place to stay, and we highly recommend it.”
